Program Manager

Mumbai

As a program Manager for our Indian operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of our products to clients, generating new leads and expanding our business, and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible products and services. You will be seen as the face of LotusFlare to some of our clients, and you will work regularly with the CEO.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery
  • Provide hands-on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases
  • Identify operational pain points and opportunities to improve business practices and drive internal process improvements across multiple teams and functions
  • Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks
  • Drive internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions
  • Communicated with both the engineering team and clients for project requirements and scope
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Help drive product decisions to align with higher company initiatives

Requirements

  • B.S. in a technical discipline, marketing, or equivalent experience
  • Master's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of project/program management experience
  • Ability or willingness to work at scale, and with 24x7 production operations
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working with highly technical teams
  • Organizational and coordination skills along with multitasking capabilities to get things done in a fast paced environment
  • Interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration with diverse cross-functional teams
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

The Program Manager would receive a compensation package consisting of salary, performance bonus, and equity in the parent U.S. company. Additionally, there will be opportunity to relocate to either LF’s Singapore or U.S. operations.

Growth Manager

Responsibilities

  • Leverage data to understand our products in depth, identify areas of opportunity, and execute projects to drive user growth, retention, engagement, and/or revenue on Mobile Products
  • Inform, influence, support, and execute our growth strategy
  • Be responsible for, and effective at driving measurable top-line growth for Mobile Products
  • Work closely with product, engineering, design, and data teams to develop and drive growth projects
  • Work on notifications, and mobile, and offsite channels like search, email, SMS, and push
  • Use tools similar to Hive/Hadoop, SQL, Tableau, ETL, Python, Excel, and many other to work efficiently at scale

Requirements

  • BS or MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics, Statistics or related quantitative field
  • Internet Marketing experience
  • Manage and monitor performance against acquisition goals, and help define and calculate those goals based on business objectives
  • Use analytics/data to understand users in depth, and convert this data into actionable insights to acquire more high-value members
  • You will be working collaboratively with member from cross-functional teams
  • Experience initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance
  • Experience analyzing, interpreting, and leveraging data to make business decisions
  • Experience communicating insights and ideas
  • Expertise in data-driven marketing. Ability to analyze complex data sets is required. Ability to extract data from a database is a plus

Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

You will work with client teams to assess, strategize, and implement data, analytics, and marketing technology solutions to solve our clients' business problems. You will provide a distinctive level of subject matter expertise on how to execute and activate digital marketing strategies for customer acquisition, customer engagement, and personalization. You’ll work directly with client teams to conduct assessments of client digital marketing capabilities and performance, playing a significant role in team problem solving through the findings and insights from diagnostics and assessments.

You will drive strategy and the development of specific approaches to drive customer acquisition, engagement, loyalty, and cross-sell. Additionally, you’ll guide clients on technology solution choices, selection criteria and vendor trade-offs. You will define the implications to the client operating model, new roles and org implications, and define operating processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, ideally in Economics, Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations; Advanced degree or specialization in Digital is a plus
  • 3-5 years experience working in a growth or performance based marketing role at a brand or agency
  • Expertise and knowledge in digital strategy, omnichannel, innovation, digital culture and agile process
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Programmatic Ad-buying, UX, CRO, Mobile Business, Mobile and Digital Analytics, Service design /Design Thinking
  • Digital marketing savvy with first level of technical knowledge in digital marketing disciplines: Traffic generation (Search Marketing, display, programmatic, etc); UX, conversion rate optimization, A/B testing; Email marketing; Social Media Management
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, reporting metrics showing ROI and KPI’s
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills and able to work well with teams and build relationships
  • Excellent capabilities to inspire, advocate and speak with the senior management
  • Self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented with the ability to project manage and balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
