Responsibilities

Requirements

Data Scientist

Jakarta

You will advocate, evangelize and build data-fuelled products that help our customers improve customer insights. You’ll dig in and become an expert on Mobile Operator datasets. You will provide insight into leading analytic practices, design and lead iterative learning and development cycles, and ultimately produce new and creative analytic solutions that will become part of our core deliverables.

Responsibilities

You will work with cross-functional team members internally a14880s well as those of partners to identify and prioritize actionable, high-impact insights across a variety of core business areas. You will lead applied analytics initiatives that are leveraged across the breadth of our solutions for Mobile Operators You will research, design, implement and validate cutting-edge algorithms to analyze diverse sources of data to achieve targeted outcomes. As our data scientist, you will provide expertise on mathematical concepts for the broader applied analytics team and inspire the adoption of advanced analytics and data science across the entire breadth of our organization. You will also be in a client facing role.

Requirements

  • Bachelors in a quantitative field (CS, Stats, Engineering, Physics, etc.)
  • 2+ years professional experience working in a quantitative and analytical role
  • Fluent in at least one object-oriented programming language (Python highly preferred)
  • Ability to query a SQL and/or NoSQL database efficiently
  • Proficiency in statistical model development including data cleaning, model building and model performance testing
  • Ability to interpret the data and extract business insights and action items
  • Experience with data visualization
  • Familiarity with a cloud computing platforms such as Amazon AWS or Google Cloud Platform
  • Eager to learn new languages and tools when needed

Program Manager

As a Program Manager for our Indonesia operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of our products to clients, generating new leads and expanding our business, and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible products and services. You will be seen as the face of LotusFlare to our clients in Indonesia, and you will work regularly with the CEO.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery
  • Provide hands-on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases
  • Identify operational pain points and opportunities to improve business practices and drive internal process improvements across multiple teams and functions
  • Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks
  • Drive internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions
  • Communicated with both the engineering team and clients for project requirements and scope
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Help drive product decisions to align with higher company initiatives

Requirements

  • B.S. in a technical discipline, marketing, or equivalent experience
  • Master's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of project/program management experience
  • Ability or willingness to work at scale, and with 24x7 production operations

The Program Manager would receive a compensation package consisting of salary, performance bonus, and equity in the parent U.S. company. Additionally, there will be opportunity to relocate to either LF’s Singapore or U.S. operations.

Account Manager

As an Account Manager for our Indonesia operations, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing and executing key business strategies. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)

Requirements

Technical Program Manager

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager with good communication style, to lead assigned customer projects, ensuring that the right solution is designed and at the same time , project goals are met, customer’s expectations are fulfilled and that the customer relation is handled in the best possible way within the scope of the contract.

To be a successful candidate you need to be motivated by putting your customers first; you don’t rest until the customer is happy. You need a strong technical background, are detail-driven, and have excellent problem-solving skills. You are self-motivated, a constant learner, and always curious about how things work. You are constantly trying to improve processes, solutions, and yourself. You learn from your mistakes, and you love working with really smart people. You need a solid understanding of project management fundamentals (e.g. business case, RTG, risk management, schedule, and negotiation). You are comfortable briefing Sr. leadership, even when you have bad news; you can communicate effectively with business and technical teams both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

  • Establish the project plan baseline by defining the project scope, secure the necessary resources, plan and monitor all activities.
  • Conclude solution design and architecture both internally, with the LotusFlare engineering team, and externally with customer technical teams, making sure best practices are followed and optimal solutions are selected.
  • Work with project stakeholders to break down project deliverables across several delivery teams, secure the necessary resources and plan realistic delivery dates by driving out inter-team dependencies and managing risks; even when delivering in Agile increments.
  • Drive project execution; track delivery, expect change, own change management, pro-actively seek and resolve blockers flagged to you.
  • Manage UAT and Production releases, and project handover to our Support and Operational teams.
  • Participate in pre-sales meetings and contract preparation, help identify change request opportunities.
  • Support governance activities, ensuring concerns are captured and actions are taken to remedy such.
  • Be part of a Global TPM Team, share experiences and develop the PM discipline: simplify processes, methods and tools with creative ideas.
  • Create and maintain project documentation pack, from the project plan to solution documents.
  • Work with the latest collaboration tools, including Jira, Confluence, Trello, Work@FB .. etc

Requirements

  • 5+ experience in Project Management, Technical Program Management, or similar technical leadership role
  • 5+ years of experience with software development lifecycle from conception to delivery as a software engineer or a solution architect
  • 3+ years of experience working with the telecommunications industry
  • Digital Savvy who loves to know the latest about digital technologies and trends, love to experiment and open to integrating new digital technologies in everyday work.
  • Telecommunication architecture experience; across IT and Core (OCS/PS/CS) domains to manage and design solutions at scale.
  • Experienced in delivering products against a plan in a fast-paced, multi-disciplined, distributed-responsibility and often ambiguous environment.
  • Experience working independently to design, plan, and execute technical projects; able to distill data and articulate the rationale for making difficult trade-offs.
  • A solid foundation in service-oriented and digital technologies to be able to understand service inter-dependencies and drive technical solutions for multi-tiered systems.
  • Demonstrated understanding of systems within program space to include limitations, scaling, boundary conditions, and architectural decision-making process.
  • Demonstrated deep knowledge of technical program management and engineering best practices.
  • Comfort and experience with cross-organizational communication; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
